Methodology

The atlas starts with Packrift catalog-control rows marked AI_APPROVE, excludes human-approval rows, dimension conflicts, unavailable items, and non-box/non-mailer families, then keeps rows with explicit board-strength language in the public product title or tags.

Strength extraction recognizes ECT values, burst-test pound references such as 200#, and Mullen/burst-test wording. Board families are normalized into standard single-wall, reinforced single-wall, heavy-duty corrugated, extra-heavy corrugated, or burst-test rated groups.

Dimensions, cube, reference DIM weight at divisor 139, and density are derived from public catalog dimension and weight fields. Snapshot price and inventory are included only as a current public reference; Packrift.com checkout remains the source of truth for live buying.
